Policies
Appointments and Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. Consultations are not complimentary.
The deposit is applied as a credit toward the service you choose. If you complete a consultation and decide not to move forward with a service, the $50 is retained as the consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within the same month.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to schedule another appointment.
- No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and a new $50 deposit is required to book another appointment.
A deposit is only valid for the month in which it is paid. If the appointment is not rescheduled within that month, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. When at least 48 hours notice is given, a deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within the same month, as described above. Product purchases are final and non-refundable.
