Policies
Appointments and Deposits
A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Deposit is refunded or applied to a future appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Deposit is forfeited.
- No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and a $25 fee may apply to rebook.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Virtual Consultations
We offer virtual consultations for most services. These appointments are for consultation purposes only and do not include treatment. If treatment is recommended, an in-person visit will be scheduled.
The same deposit and cancellation policies apply to virtual consultations.
